Perifecta Industries – Return & Cancellation Policy

At Perifecta Industries, we are committed to delivering premium, custom-made sportswear crafted with precision and care. Each product is manufactured using advanced printing and embroidery techniques to ensure superior quality.

If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 15 days of delivery, and we will address it promptly.

1. Accuracy Guarantee

If your order is delivered with an incorrect product, print, or embroidery that does not match your approved design, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund based on your preference.

If reproduction is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the affected items.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans may change.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started, and a full refund will be issued.

Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible; however, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing is completed within 10 business days after confirmation.

4. Inspection & Processing

All returned items are carefully inspected to verify the reported issue.
Upon approval, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded accordingly.
Refunds are credited within 10 business days of approval.

5. Exchanges for Defective Items

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative replacement or refund will be provided.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • All jerseys are independently produced by Perifecta Industries and are not affiliated with any professional leagues or brands.

  • Items that have been altered, processed, or prepared for resale are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Perifecta Industries reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
